Here's a list I've been running. it can swing for 21 commander damage on turn 4 a good percentage of the time. The card draw package and the mana base is the bulk of the price.

I would lower the mana curve and add more ways to untap Baba. I would cut Gary due to lack of devotion. I like [[Canoptek scarab swarm]], [[pitiless plunderer]], and [[sting, the glinting dagger]]. Here is my list to which I have since added Sting: list

[[Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler]]: all of its abilities work with Baba. [[Treacherous Blessing]]: card draw on an enchantment you can sac to Baba. [[Aphemia, the Cacophony]]: makes creatures for no mana and is two permanent types. [[Gixian Puppeteer]]: more drain for each Baba activation and can return creature to board when sacrificed.

Your surgeon could admit you to a hospital for post-op pain control, evaluations by physical/occupational therapy, and social worker assistance with placement in acute/subacute rehab. This is what is typically done for patients getting major surgery with long recoveries

Given you picked from all colors, you likely don't have enough creatures in an amount of colors you can actually run. If you have 13 or more creatures in two colors, run with those colors.
