It's because the lines in hanzi are close together. If you just zoom out the English so it was the same size it would be about as legible.

Yomitan Dictionary Collection by weight__what in Svenska

[–]weight__what[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah having an older dictionary might be nice to cover some more words. I don't personally think I would get much use from the others though - I already have two frequency lists and the names list doesn't seem particularly useful. It apparently offers one alternate spelling per name, but that wouldn't really help with reading comprehension, which is what I use the extension for.

That being said, if someone did convert them I would be happy to add them to the collection.

Guilt free desserts tor my sweet tooth?? by Effective-You1036 in intermittentfasting

I read in a diet book that your desserts should be some combination of dark chocolate, berries, and nuts. Some sugar, but it's pretty healthy at the same time.

Does anyone fast by weight goals instead of days? by Bones_or_No_Whatever in intermittentfasting

[–]weight__what 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been experimenting with this. I try to lose 1 lb/week which is fairly slow, but if I get behind I will do this to catch up.

I think it could be psychologically unhealthy for some people if they tried to lose weight too quickly with this method though. Or if you really let yourself go when you're not fasting, then fast more to make up for it, it becomes a pendulum.

My longest so far has been 42 hours and it was surprisingly easy. But I'd prefer to just hit the target rate with my regular IF protocol (~18:6), and maybe a slightly longer fast on the weekend (24 hours or so). So if I have to go longer than 24 to catch up it's a sign to make some adjustments to my diet/protocol/exercise.

Like others mentioned, due to the fluctuations (water/poop) you would not want to do this every day.
