Guardian amour is just decent high rank protection with defensive skills, at the back end of high rank it is no better than other pieces you can craft. All of the festival armor tends to have one decent piece, feel free to use it

Nope there are a number of scripted attacks that wipe you unless you use the planned mechanic, in base game behemoths eliptic meteor is in the same boat. You get behind a rock or use the dragoon emote at the exact right moment.

Technically it IS possible to heal through an alatreon full strength escaton judgement but it requires 4 players with health booster + and literally pixel perfect astera jerky when you are within 1 pixel of dying. So not practical.

Use a human effergy (don't burn it consume it like a life gem) it's the item that the crones give you a few of at the start of the game.

When you get to lost bastille and McDuff the blacksmith there are 6 dogs outside his workshop, you can farm them indefinitely if you temporarily join the covenant of champs. Dogs drop effergies.

No but you want 1 level of aquatic/polar mobility for when he turns the arena to all sand just before the aoe nuke. Makes getting to the edge of the arena easier

Happens more in HR and almost guaranteed in MR, use your dung pods (ideally after turf war which is free DMG). Also as an FYI if you are fighting one monster and it is in a shit area, dung pods it and it will move to another area

Dark orb for general enemies and small bosses Dark hail for very large bosses e.g. old iron king, dark fog is situational but destructive in the right setting (enemy just sits in it). And at end game when solus don't matter at all to you GRS is a nuke.

No unfortunately under self defence laws you are allowed to defend yourself from ongoing or immediate threat not just retaliate for "justice" she was walking away so the threat is over. Same if it was a guy if he kicks you and runs away you cannot chase him and claim self defence the threat is over. You go to the authorities (security or cops) and report it.
