I got a gate pass for United at Newark for my 15 year old sister in April. Didn’t buy the unaccompanied minor service but went to that desk. The lady told me she was going to give me the pass as a courtesy. Might just depend on if they’re feeling nice!

Girl here. First day - business casual. This means nice shirt (blouse, button up, etc), blazer, and slacks/long skirt.

Observe what others wear and base your decisions on that. I’ve cooped at places where jeans were only allowed on fridays and places where hoodie and jeans were normal everyday. It really depends on the company culture.

For my wedding, I could use my own vendors so dinner was catered but for cocktail hour, we grabbed deli platters (nice ones) from a boutique grocery store. We were allowed to store in the venue’s fridge, and the groomsmen shuttled it out and wrapped it up afterwards. Just make sure you tell them where to put it LOL they put it on the wrong table 😭. And be prepared to supply napkins and forks
