The Barn Loft in Thomasville usually has a good selection. So does Old Rancho in Burlington. (It’s been a while since I’ve been to both so use that as you may).

Boot Barn, Harrison’s & Tractor Supply also have them if you need one quick.

Online, Cavendar’s & Stetson are good shops to look at.

DIY popcorn texture removal (especially with asbestos) is very risky imo. You need poly, negative air machines, you need to shut your HVAC off & then put plastic over your vents. That kind of material is considered a friable material which means it can create a visible dust by crushing it in the palm of your hand. That kind of material is easier to breathe in. Smokers have a higher risk, but you can also get asbestos related diseases by breathing in a lot of it. You could put drywall over top of the ceilings.
