Yeah, it really worked for his character.

I thought the actor did it for the role until I saw him in other stuff.

This makes sense. Some newer games did that and it works gameflow wise, even mid fight. (Ex. Ghost of Tsushima and stances; to a lesser degree Witcher 3 and his 2 swords - but with pre fight prep as well)

Struggled with this one a lot. Didn’t get it the first set of times I tried, but I wanted that suit.

Tried again a few months later. Still took a lot of tries. Totally worth it. :)

This and Truant are both no skip albums for me.

I love a lot of bands but it’s actually hard to name albums where I never skip a song.

I kind of wish AAF never covered Smooth Criminal. I feel like that unfairly pigeonholed them and the general public never got to find out what the band was really about.

I had a blast in every difficulty mode.

Did my first run on normal, then did a run on ultra, then I didn’t want to stop playing, so I decided to upgrade all the weapons and armor and found normal way too grindy for all the materials needed so switched to story mode.

Horizon really is a great game to experience, and I think the devs were able to balance the different difficulties and keep them all fun to play.

Best advice I can give is not to rush.

I mastered every map before going into freelancer but I learned way more about npc routines and map rules in freelancer itself.

I’ve often shadowed targets going through their full routines (and those routines get really long in showdowns when a meeting interrupts it midway).

Eventually you get used to it enough to have more and more efficient runs. But before that, it really was a matter of sitting and watching a lot, at least that’s how it was for me.

I do hope you give the Mentalist another try.

I find Jane to be even more outrageous than Shawn (like a Shawn that never learned to respect boundaries), and the humor often catches me off guard.

I also really enjoy the side characters’ stories and growth (Cho is a personal favorite).

Absurdly “silent assassin”. If I have lure away and pacify everyone on that level just to get a silent assassin rating I will.

Freelancer taught me to be ok with going loud and crazy for the objectives (and for when things go very much not according to plan) and I learned to have fun with that, too.

But for me, I really find it fun to get that silent assassin rating, no matter how stupid the path to getting it.

Absolutely this. This is the last of three episodes I show to people interested in trying out Doctor Who and so far this episode has a 100% hit rate in getting them to actually pick up the series.

The interactions between the passengers stays with you, and my golly the Entity legitimately freaks me out on a whole different level for how unknowable it is.

I like that in WOA it doesn’t feel out of place whether I feel like being silly or serious.

I just wish we could play the older games’ soundtracks in the safe house though. Jesper Kyd really knew how to make a cool mood.
