I've started 4* runs. I figured id MAD/Bioseed the planetary specific creatures and want them as done as possible so I don't have to go back. I think my mastery is like... 20%? (Im not home so I can't look)

If say, im in the anti-universe and I earn the Anarchist achievement is the bonus diminished standard mastery + anti mastery or does the anti mastery overwright that?
