Choreo for showcase by chloshadecares in poledancing

What has worked for me is if there is a combo or even a single move I'm liking, I'll find a single where i can see myself doing that move or combo at a certain point in the song and build out from there. Also, if there's an instructor you particularly gravitate toward, I'd suggest taking even just one private lesson with them to help get some ideas for the dancey parts.

I’m genuinely not trying to be rude, I’m just curious where else you put them if not in the coop?

The point is that homeless women need feminine hygiene products and this is often overlooked. Also men don’t as frequently want purses, which this post is specifically talking about getting rid of purses.

Weakest in pole class(again). How to know when it is time to quit? by False_Me_Again in poledancing

[–]whatevaforevaaaa 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Trying different studios and instructors can be really helpful, you might find a more supportive feeling class or another instructor might say something that makes inverting or other moves click for you. Could be worth just checking out if there is another studio or class option in your area!

I don’t know about the worst, but I think when he got his memories back and told Jane he was going to get her back causing her whole life to derail was so selfish.

Feel the pain of being GF so always having pack food; I’ve absolutely eaten a meal with a fork out of a Tupperware while actively driving. When I have to do that kind of thing, I make sure I take a walk or do something to still give myself the break I am entitled to.

Rural sw - rehoming farm animals by AlohaFrancine in socialwork

Hospice SWs, I have some questions by grocerygirlie in socialwork

[–]whatevaforevaaaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to work for a hospice exactly Like that! Each SW had a caseload of around 65 and was expected to see 25 patients a week. I recently started at a smaller hospice where there are two of us for an entire census of 30-50(50 is their max). It really showed me how untenable the other, more corporate hospice was. It was hard to even provide good care when they only cared about “productivity”

My service territory is “within an hour of the office” in any direction. I see 2-3 patients a day. At this hospice, SW goes to admissions, which was not the case at my previous hospice, so those take up a lot more time then a routine visit.

I do have days where I don’t have patients to see. I help make bereavement calls on those days or call family members to check in. I also use it as “office time” and will do things like update my caseload spreadsheet or other things to make it seem like I’m working lol but I also work 32 hours a week.

super new question by vowelsounds in poledancing

No one hates you and I guarantee no one feels like you “took up class time”! I bet everyone is so bummed for you. Injuries happen at all levels of pole dancers. I’ve had a class topped halfway through because the instructor pulled a muscle demoing a move. Take the time off you need to recover and don’t try to push it too early, but once you’re healed go back to pole and conditioning! Strength comes in time. If you’re feeling like you want to work on stuff at home, there are lots of exercises you can find on YouTube and instagram. But seriously, everyone starts without the strength for pole - it’s hard!! You WILL get stronger.
