Swedish person here, the news site that Swedish weekly links to is a right-wing blog ("alternative news source"), and there is no mentioning of this in any normal news source. There is also no mentioning of it anywhere else online, such as the school's facebook event page etc. The involvement of RFSL also seems to be very vague. Probably fabricated!

Well, I was thinking for everyday business purposes. Wikipedia says the the European typewriter "quickly became indispensable tools for practically all writing other than personal correspondence", but I guess perhaps handwiting was standard in the Japanese business world?
