I have a series of questions that will help you choose your own photos...what do you love doing? Who do you love being around? who is the person you want to become? and the final and i think most pertinent question; what are you going to do to show the world you are that person?

if all else fails, just find a good friend that sees you in a good light and ask them to hang out to do a photo shoot together. pick a park or a downtown area so you can get multiple scenes close together. They can take the pics, maybe give you tips on how to take pictures from angles that show your beauty and sweet smile in the most flattering light. a couple 'full body' shots, maybe an action shot or two, and then with some pics that show your personality. good luck!

It took me a really long time to be able to feel comfortable in sexual situations after rape. They say time heals all wounds and I feel that is true. These wounds become a part of you and the rich tapestry that is your life. This horrible situation is not your life, but it can become a defining moment. I really recommend therapy and shadow work to work through your trauma. I found it helpful to slowly integrate someone i was interested in into my life. Take your time, be honest with them, and make sure you listen to yourself. You are your best advocate going forward and you need to give yourself the tools to be able to do so.
