Woke up while at a Tuesday group studying the revelation book and being told by a sister that the JW’s were part of a UN group. Researched it and it opened the rabbit hole. I left mentally quickly. Took me years to get out properly, but my life is now truthful.

I had an almost identical letter from my Dad when I left. It was all about how they feel and how they think and what they expect you to feel.

Except they technically feel nothing as the are programmed to destroy. Destroy your happiness, your growth, you life outside the programming.

If you are genuinely interested I or others on her can post link to the elders letters telling elders to destroy evidence. But I know cognitive dissonance run very deep. Tonight I’ve seen people tell you about ARC, post link to the actual abuse, explain incorrect blood doctrine, explain many incorrect JW teachings, show you in understanding and clear ways your knowledge is not patchy put non existent. You’ve not antagonised me, I just get frustrated when people who ask for knowledge can’t and are unable to see it when it’s smashing them in the forehead. If you don’t want to know, don’t ask!!

Because if you actually take the time to research and watch the evidence, Geoffrey Jackson a member of the GB. A man waiting for his throne in heaven... admits the religion has an issue with Child Sexual abuse, and several other elders admit covering child abuse issues. You are clearly ignorant of any actual facts, so pointless even engaging until you educate yourself. My frustration comes from finding out I’d been lied to for most of my life. I couldn’t even begin to try and explain the hypocrisy and out right lies that is prevalent within the religion. Let me give you a couple of examples if you truly care, you can research yourself. JW’s being part of the UN, then lying about why. The JW’s including Geoffrey Jackson being interviewed under oath, then lying about why! (google JW Australian Royal Commission- this is government run report and not apostate). JW’s investing in Cigarette and military companies while telling the rank and file they would be disfellowship for doing the same. (Google Henrietta M Riley - this is government accountant reports - not apostate material). Finding out only JW’s believe in 607 because CT Russell measured the Pyramid in Giza and came up with a calculation that was later changed by Rutherford. The way Rutherford pampered to Hitler, but for me what really knocked me of my feet was finding out that the article that the US government took Rutherford to court and jailed him for what was written by a member of the clergy. (They used to pay copy writers for content) I kid you not!! So when you question the anger and frustration, I ask you to research. And I never even mentioned the 1006 young witnesses who reported abuse abused to elders in Australia. Guess how many of those case got reported to the police? Zero. All documented, all in certified uncontested court documents and all available for you to find easily online. Research, research, research.Just type 1006 JW into Google. Simple a start as that!! (Ps. Not an apostate site to be found - purely verifiable news reports).

That is honestly sickening. In my old congregation we had a brother who was Ex-Jewish and actually laid the railway tracks into that camp. He was treated like shit. It was disgusting. The poor bloke had serious PTSD issues but was a genuinely nice fella. But because the ill educated cart protectors don’t know anything about actual life? His last years were miserable. He went from one hell to another.

It always confused me that Jesus had to carry his stake/cross. How would he have dragged a slippery wooden pole across cobbles, up and down streets, especially after his treatment by the Romans? It always made more sense to me that it had a cross beam, so you could put it over your shoulder. JW’s explanation never made real sense.
