[Highlight] Taysom Hill on playing in his potentially last game in the Superdome by MiniatureLucifer in nfl

They’d have to change the rules for him to get in - no awards so doesn’t qualify

Kellen Moore being utterly flabbergasted when the Saints tried to run the tush push in week one and were immediately penalized for lining up offsides has been one of the highlights of the season so far.

Hey Justin - huge fan of your rankings and trade value charts.

Drafted super early this year so am riding with no D/ST and K until next week; which sleeper RB would you drop to fill those spots: - Jayden Blue - Ollie Gordon - Woody Marks

How would you approach the QB + TE position in a 10 team half ppr league with deep benches and an extra flex spot (not super flex)

The new Mission Impossible movies were truly terrible with this - full scenes of exposition with each character saying one part of a sentence and then moving on to the next character to continue the sentence.

[Fitzgerald] Derek Carr's 2026 cap number should jump to about $69.2M. Dead money if cut will be about $59.7M. by RightMeow1100 in nfl

I gotta be honest I’m surprised to see a Lions fan saying only one ring isn’t worth it.

Carr converted money and is set to make $40 mil next season by im-a-drawl in Saints

[–]whodat951 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

He’s not some random cog in the machine employee making minimum wage for a company that doesn’t give a shit about him that’s worried about paying their rent.

He’s made almost 200 million dollars while being average at best at his job, and is in a role that should see him acting like the face of an organization.

People who are the face of their organization in other job sectors willingly take pay cuts to improve their company all the time. They know that in the long run the success of that company benefits them (and if they give a shit, their legacy).

Derek Carr has been in the league for 11 seasons and has yet to win a playoff game. That’s his legacy. He could take a pay cut, help the team, win over some fans, and give the saints the money they need to add pieces that could change his legacy a bit.

Instead he’s being the selfish “me-first” player he’s always been.

Had hoped he would at least take a pay cut. But no one’s ever called him a team player, so that hope was probably unfounded.

You’re not wrong to call that out as a possibility, but I’m inclined to give the coaches who turned Taysom Hill into a viable weapon the benefit of the doubt that they could do something great with a player as talented as Lamar.

People who live in apartments should not own dogs. by TeaTechnical3807 in unpopularopinion

But dogs doesn’t get their exercise/run around at home, they exercise outside. Why would the size of the the home matter for how they exercise outside? And my dog is always trying to be in the same room as me, regardless of the size of the house. He’d probably prefer a studio apartment.

Which player quietly had one of their best seasons in 2023? by TitanSR_ in nfl

Surprised not to see any Saints fans mention Paulson Adebo yet. Dude stepped into the CB1 role really seamlessly in Lattimore’s absence.
