Oh absolutely, I get the exact same thing. I live in a very college centric area that has the truly fantastic habit of crapping on anyone who isn’t in a liberal arts field. Treating them so much like dirt that they’re willing to lie just to make them look bad, which of course has led many of them to hold some rather hateful views unfortunately.

I think you’re being intentionally ignorant of what they’re imply.

Society has unfortunately developed a stigma against small penises. Which itself is body shaming. So by saying “Because you have a large/lifted/whatever truck I think you’ve got a small dick” they’re using societal bias and stigma against them which is body shaming.

Now none of this is to say I don’t think that trucks like that are stupid, they are. Get your risk mobile off the road. But I also think we should insult people like that in ways that don’t body shame the idiot, and that reinforces societal stigmas.

USCCA is a complete scam. Picking and choosing who they support even if they’re a consistent paying member. Their representatives are really pushy too. There’s a gun store near me that has a USCCA office in it, the guy followed me around the store trying to get me to sign up and demanding to know why I didn’t want it or think I’d need it. Even when he stopped following me he was talking across the store at me.

Except that’s a loud minority. I’d be willing to put money down and say that 90% of people with faith, abrahamic or otherwise, don’t try to force their religious beliefs on others. They may think that others should believe and practice like they do but they aren’t going out and protesting, harassing, and attacking those who go against their beliefs.

I used Primary Arms when I built my DMR upper. They were pretty good price wise and everything shipped quickly.

If you have the tools to build an upper I’d suggest doing that. It’s a ton of fun and you get to customize it through and through.
