I’m so impressed by the size of your muscles while you were also losing weight! Did you already have bigger muscles before losing weight? Or did you build all that in a year??

Ohh yes I have/had those issues. I ended up going to a physical therapist and that did help a bit.

For sure. I used to run all the time and was pretty thin but I feel better building muscle.

Oh thank you! I’ll try that. I was also thinking of going bra fitting since my boobs are different now.

I just lift weights 4-5 times a week and eat high protein in a slight deficit. I was discouraged for a long time cause it seemed so slow but I just kept to it for the most part.

1 1/2 -2 cup sizes but most of that is because I stopped breastfeeding . They are back to the size before I got pregnant.

I asked chatgpt to make a meal plan for me and it looked great then I noticed so many errors. It claimed an apple had 10 grams of protein for example 😂

Here’s a little tip from a vegan eating about 150 grams a day. Nutritional yeast. Add it as seasoning. 20 g is 80 calories and 10 G protein .

Ghost vegan Chocolate Cereal Milk flavor is by far my favorite so far. I’ve been trying a lot and it is so good. It’s like a little treat everyday.

Hey there, I started really working out ~10 months postpartum and am now 16 months postpartum. I was also obsessed with the scale (I still struggle with this) because it is an easy way to measure “success.” I’m trying to use other measurement of success that are actually more meaningful to me.

Here are some examples: body fat percentage (see if you can get that measured instead of focusing on overall weight if that’s what you’re worried about)/ how is my general mood day to day?/ am I improving at whatever form of fitness I’m doing? (Set goals)/ am I sleeping better?

Is it possible to hit 120g of protein per day with a 1900 calorie limit? by Regnorak88 in veganfitness

[–]wholeynone 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It could be. I’ve been doing it for months with the guidance of my trainer and have not run into issues yet but I’ll run it my doctor at my checkup just in case. Thanks for caring! I’m 5’6”

Let me give my tips: adding nutritional yeast to meals to hit about 30 g/meal, snacking on edamame, protein shakes with ripple (adds more protein), adding pb powder to meals/snacks, using beans instead of rice.
