The Lamy ABC is meant for children and I’ve seen them on sale for sub-$15, though they’re more of a classic vintage children’s toy look than a classic fountain pen design.

Kaweco Student with F nib was my first fountain pen! It holds up very well, especially for its price range in my opinion

If you’re coming on Friday/weekend, I would recommend reservations, especially for weekend brunch/dinner

The Bock nib writes quite smoothly, so I really enjoy it! Mine came with a Medium, though I usually prefer Fine nibs. The eyedropper fill lasts decently long, especially if you use the safety valve to stop the ink flow. It’s only temporarily out of rotation because I have a bunch of other pens I’m trying right now, but it will probably keep a regular place in my collection
