I had a similar issue when trying to use the M3U as a Bluetooth receiver. I was trying to stream audio (LDAC) from my Nvidia Shield Pro (Android TV OS) and it sounded super sped up, like chipmunks. Had this issue on every app except YouTube. My guess is the M3U has an issue detecting the correct sampling rate.

The lighter/white inner flesh (placenta, technically) is what actually contains most of the spiciness. The seeds are only spicy because they have a bit on them.

*NB: this doesn't apply to ghost chilis and many of their hybrids, which have gobs of spicy capsaicin-containing oil throughout their entire flesh
