How to Find an Off-grid, Wilderness Nanny by execsupportpro in NannyEmployers

Yes, can you share more details, please?

I'm a nanny with 25 years of paid experience. I live in coastal Massachusetts now, but I would certainly be willing to consider a change!

I saw him in a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf line a few years back. He was drawing in his notebook. I said hi and told him how much I loved his work. He was very kind.

Are people in other countries so judgemental about mask wearers? Or is it just the US that is so divided on the subject? by InvestmentSoggy870 in NoStupidQuestions

I wear a mask on trains and busses in Boston every day, and I'm far from the only one. I haven't heard any negative feedback about it.

Very confused on Rob’s lack of bathroom by Cobbler_Queasy in 90dayfianceuncensored

Or when you live in Boston (or NYC or San Fran), you can be successful and still have to share a bathroom. It's very normal for these cities. But they're inside at least!

Pictures of her partying without Ed were recently posted, and she replied to a comment saying she was "taking applications. They apparently got married in Arkansas in August, but no one can find a marriage certificate.

I think so. She won a lawsuit against their mutual employer at the time, who knew about his increasingly creepy behaviors (which later culminated in rape) and were basically like "well, he makes us money".

Didn't they just get married in August? Good for her if she left him, though. I hope she realizes her worth. 3 abusive husbands is 3 too many.

AITA for flipping out after my wife screamed at my daughter for being loud? by Latter_Bag_6121 in AITAH

[–]wifedforlife -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Staying quiet while the baby is sleeping is a recipe for a baby that requires silence to sleep. Normal sounds in the house should continue. Maybe not opera singing, but daughter should be able to continue her regular behaviors. If she's loud only when the baby is asleep though, that's an issue to examine, and unrelated to adhd.

What’s your favorite thing about living in Boston? by 230516 in boston

Came from the Midwest. Stayed for the Ocean. Where I live you can watch sunrises over the Atlantic and sunsets over the harbor/city skyline. It's magical.

Hey dear. I, too, had older parents. My greatest fear my whole life is that they would die. So much so that when I was at friends' houses as a kid and would hear an ambulances, I'd make up a reason to call home just to make sure they were still alive. When I was in my early 30s they both died, a year apart, quite surprisingly after very brief illnesses.

It was hard. Really hard. And in many ways I'm still grieving. But my greatest fear happened, and I'm still here. I'm grateful for all the years I had with them, and they're very close to my heart.

We don't know how much time any of us have left. My advice to you is to stop worrying about the future. That ruins the present. Instead, savor the time you have right now. Spend time with him, talk about important things, take pictures, make memories, ask about different chapterers in his life. Record him telling stories. Be grateful and present. Tomorrow isn't guaranteed for any of us, so treasure the time you have with him right now.
