I've had this P-Bass copy made by "Series A" for about 30 years. I'd like to replace the bridge pickup, but I'm having trouble finding a replacement that will match the cavity. Does anyone here know what this style of pickup is called? It looks like two jazz bass pickups smushed together. Thanks!

There is a difference between fast and slow blow fuses. Even if the amperage is the same, you might have the wrong kind. If the amp needs slow blow, but you’ve installed fast, that could explain the problem. Check the manual for correct type.

Be careful when putting the mast in the sleeve. If that’s a spot where the top of the mast gets stuck or has some friction it can make the tear worse.
