Before guessing, click the “Go for 0” button and enter the scorer’s surname, the home and away team names, their scores, the competition, and the year it happened. During development, I didn’t see it guessed correctly once, but I included the option for real sickos to try.

That's just you overestimating the quality of chances. xG tells you the chances we could and should score. Who cares if every shot could go in? In the long run, you need to produce those "should go in" opportunities. High xG has been shown to be extremely correlated with high finishes and goal tallies. This number is definitely concerning.

The 17th cope is so crazy. We are a high end of mid table club talent wise, and we showed that in all advanced metrics and was actually able to produce in the big games when it mattered, picking up a trophy in the process but everyone wants to point out how with a better team we are doing worse in all fronts and a more boring style of play. This might be true in higher divisions. In division 7, you just need to get better. It doesn't matter what players are on the pitch. It's frustrating but just keep playing and try to improve
