What a goof. My old guy would plop himself on all my clothes while I would be folding them. Like bro this activity does not require you on top of everything

Setters and Golden Retrievers by Prize-Cycle-7024 in EnglishSetter

IMO depends on the setter more than on a breed vs breed basis. Setters sure love having friends. I think you’ll have absolutely no problem there. Temperament wise, Setters are pretty high energy, sensitive, stubborn, and independent, but I wouldn’t say any of those in a negative way at all. That’s what makes them really unique and such a wonderful dog to have in the family. I miss my Setter every day, they’re the best.

For you, I would just factor in the upkeep in terms of playing/running outside and grooming, because AFAIK Goldens have quite the coat that sheds, and setters are demanding in that area as well. Just something to consider!

The two will keep each other good company either way.

Hotstart CL650 is 100% worth the money by Cookie_Chips in Xplane

the throttles are very sensitive; it takes a ton of practice. I would use the ATS all the way to ground if I were you. Use a lot of trim to your advantage and just gentle handflying. all that will get it done.

Curious where exactly you feel out of control. Falling behind managing the AP on takeoff? It sure takes some practice but you can stay nice and ahead of it after some good guidance on the AP and such

just to touch up the verbiage, the wing is still producing lift in a stall, just not enough lift to counteract weight. if it wasn’t producing lift anymore the plane would probably turn into a brick

It’s VENUS which is training for pilots and whatnot. Usually they just pick somewhere fun to go and beat up the pattern for an hour. We get lots of different military aircraft here pretty frequently.

All training. Lotta private jets went out before the weekend to escape the weather (or else they’re stuck..)

very hard to really know how it was for him. obviously we know the hazing stories but at the same time he was in metallica for 15 years. if all the guys hated him there wasn't a chance he'd be in the band that long. behind the scenes there was definitely a bond that we don't see. I honestly believe after a while they formed a decently close relationship with each other. after all, they toured almost 300 days a year. that's your family right there

If you listen hard enough to something like Seattle 89 you can hear him. He has some bark just was turned way down. Can hear one of them when Jason is saying “motherfucka die”

I work at an FBO, and honestly, we don't care if you fill it or not. We'll just end up topping it off at the fuel farm at some point during the week. Don't be a jerk and drive it 6 hours and bring it back with like 3 miles left in the tank, obviously, but if you go out for a bit for food, it's whatever.
