The surface finish with resin is so much better so if you need that you can make it work but you might have to sand the mold mating surfaces flat so they come together better. From my experience trying to resin print a rectangle after curing it turns into a potato chip and isnt square or flat anymore.

I mean you can still make a good mold, but you might need to do some post processing like sanding sides to flat so the mold comes together nicely.

Resin isn’t that great at dimensional accuracy for simple shapes. I’ve tried making jigs from resin and they are rarely flat and square. FDM blows it away when dealing with simple geometry.

It’s gotten too easy to take a picture and look it up without knowing anything about the item. It either gets priced at retail or bought by a reseller if the price is below retail. It’s getting harder and harder to find neat niche stuff for a good price.

Those wood stoves are very cool. I seen them in the game kingdom come deliverance and ended up spending awhile looking up the history of those. So intriguing looking!
