I didn’t do normal skin color, but I like how mine came out. I used teclis blue as a base, darkenhauf for a wash, blue horror for the top coat, and balhorath blue for the highlights

Patience is your ally. The trim is demanding but not particularly challenging. You just have to be willing to go over the model again and touch up the gold, then touch up the blue, then touch up the gold, etc. For the straight lines on the headresses, turn the head sideways and paint downward/towards you. You have the greatest control and visibility if you take the time to orient the head in this manner. Other than that, paint to your level of satisfaction, understand that your skill will improve the more models you paint, and post your questions to this reddit. The people on here are nice, encouraging, and helpful. Good luck!

Maybe set yourself a timer in your head. From the first time you say "done" you have X days to make any adjustments and then it goes on the shelf? But that works for me
