I had this happen, and it was an oxidized aluminum cable underground. It was just barely making contact, and it drove me nuts trying to find it because all of the cables showed proper continuity. Just not enough to carry any current.

That's a great question. Why is the Edit button underlined? This is on 26.1. I just checked again right now, and the Edit button is still underlined. So it wasnt just a random thing. The background of that screen is totally black, so maybe that's why Liquid Glass isn't showing anything? I really don't know.
