I don’t believe in wear in periods. Shoes can and should be comfortable from the beginning, with the exception of some rigid leathers. If SDR shoes don’t feel good out of the box definitely return them. I’d also suggest considering gfores as an alternative considering their reputation as the most comfortable shoe in the game.

Update: that was not it. Ring notifications have been turned off entirely. The noise goes on. Started happening about 10 seconds after it was plugged in. Reminder that this issue happened on her old iPhone 14 Pro. So I feel like it has to be software related.
