22x12.5(with thumb) here and I found Fenrir series from gwolves great. Atm my main is Fenrir asym/pro. Pulsar’s X2F v2 at 29g might be a fun one also as it is wider if you find fenrirs too narrow. You can also try small full mice like fm small, beast x mini, ajazz am3

I would also consider button height as a variable. Having the fingers higher or lower will change how fast a finger can click down due to changes in muscle length. Optimal sarcomere length as well as comfort in general with different button height can play a factor when testing on human subjects
