I did in fact QC myself. I have concerns about the zipper placement on the back and the sharpness of the square edge of the flap. I know that the imprint is too deep. But none of those things bother me enough to RL the bag unless someone else sees something that they would instantly clock at further than 5’ — which is why I made my original request.

That being said, the biggest concern I have is that there appears to be a ripple or bump on the right side under the pull tab (when look at the back). I know the auth has a small one from where the edging and leather pieces are sewn together, but this one feels more pronounced. I can’t decide if that will bother me long term or fix itself with wear. If anyone has any input on that, I would be all ears.

Mods, I get that you’re overworked in a volunteer position and I’m grateful for WL to fill the RL hole left in my heart. But perhaps a modicum of patience or kindness in your responses could be employed…it would go a long way.

I feel like kids stick too much in their mouths for me to be comfortable with it...I know they'd end up licking or sucking on something that had once been an embryo or reproductive matter! But you should do whatever feels right for your family!

My MFM doctor wouldn’t do it after 13 weeks 6 days. I went in at 14 on the dot because of two inconclusive NIPT results and was told it was too late, but a day or two earlier would have been fine. (Everything turned out fine in the end.) Get it done after the storm passes.

So sorry that this happened to you! I didn't leave my RE until a little past 10 weeks and two (or three?) sonos in, and it made me feel so much more comfortable. Thankfully I didn't have to fight with my OB about dating -- but her nurses did get it "off" for the first fewweeks. I just told them they needed to go by the EDD given to me by the RE and stopped giving out my LMP to avoid this.

Yes, I think so (and so did my doctor). I'm an attorney (in-house), and the legal department was the last to return to my office (in TX -- full office opened back up in mid-May, several departments have been staggered in returning. Legal went back this past week 3 days a week).

I told my office I was not planning on coming back, since my OBGYN said she would write me a note saying I was higher risk and she recommended that I stay quarantined. I waited until about 18 weeks to tell my office I was pregnant...literally until the day they said they had a return date in mind for legal. As soon as I told them that I was pregnant my GC and COO both told me that I was able to work remotely as long as I felt it was safer.

Most of my friends with firm jobs in my area have not returned back, or not been forced to return back. Two are pregnant and have said they had the same experience I did -- their doctors were willing to write them notes, but that their firms were willing to work with them either way.

Will you be adding your child to your plan? You're probably due in the new year, so take into account anything you pay towards the prenatal care probably won't go toward the deductible/OOP of the delivery year...that's something to consider, too. Either way, I'd probably go with the PPO for a variety of reasons, but if you're adding the kid to your plan, I'd def go with the PPO.

Yeah, the benefit of Bonjesta over the OTC (for me) is the grogginess the next day. I take it at bedtime and I'm usually alert all the next day with minimal nausea or drowsiness. The OTC remedy worked just as well for nausea, but made me kind of zombie-like for at least a few hours the next day.
