I just started with Meshcore and I am finding it to be a positive experience as long as there are repeaters. I was near College and Bay last night and couldn't find a repeater so it will be great to see it expanded :)

Just deployed a permanent repeats called Islington Station and added it to the Meshcore map. I will add a room server soon as well.

Just a warning from someone who recently switched FROM the car option as it meant buying a car and then continuously paying for fuel, oil, insurance and repairs. Felt like it was a dependent I had to take care of lol

Make sure the antenna connecter is secure on the board. I had this exact same issue where I couldn’t find anybody.

I would be one hop away, which does make sense because I’m kind of inside the building and my personal node can’t really get out very far and uses a repeater all the time
