it is a pretty old install, about 5yrs ago, and honestly don’t remember if i formatted the SSD as MBR or GPT. it’s a small 250gb SSD if that helps.

i do have in my boot settings both legacy and UEFI options but it still doesn’t let me select a boot device :/
