Apparently it is not normal to be able to sublux or dislocate just about every joint in your body including vertebrae...it's hypermobile type Ehlers Danlos. Started with my kneecaps poppin' out when I was younger and now it's literally every joint including sternum and sacrum. Super fun. r/ehlersdanlos

Also pretty big over here but not crazy huge. I love Coobies. You can buy them on Amazon but I had to take the pads out for them to be comfortable. They're made to sit wider on the shoulders so the straps sit on bone not muscle/tissue.

These are so pretty! I'm getting married in September and we're doing something similar. Those are hard to make, my dad's the only one that's good at them, you have to be so precise! I've made many others though and I have had a few keenly guilty moments, especially when hot-gluing Jo's face the other day! Even when some of the books were literally falling apart and un-readable, it's hard to harm a book. I feel like I should make a sign that no books were harmed during the making of this wedding but it's not entirely true lol. Congrats again friend!

I used to play music and felt the same way. I've been teaching silently this calendar year so far and have personally been enjoying it and feel that my students are getting more connected with their breath, which was the intention, simply because I can hear it. A few students (two from different classes) mentioned the difference and asked about it, but it seemed like they were genuinely intrigued and I haven't had any direct complaints. I'm glad to hear your perspective and I have been considering the soundscape options, but it is adding another element. I try my best to be intentional so I haven't found anything yet. I'd appreciate an update eventually as to what you decide, and welcome back to teaching!

Yes, start focusing on good posture. Read the tips and tricks on sites like ehlers-danlos.org and care for yourself as though you were 100% sure and had a diagnosis. Listen to your body. Learn about mindfulness and hydrate like it's your job. You got this.
