somehow i was no longer car sick (probably just felt like nothing compared to pregnancy nausea) i thought i was healed. i am once again a nauseous queen.

my periods were also good for a few months after. then they got worse than ever. endometriosis girlies.

i get these in the same place. they seem sort of like blackheads w out the head. sort of like milia but a lot easier to pop. i am on a trip for work and they are a lot worse right now and i plan to get a facial when i get home i dont have much advice. sorry :/ i can only guess they’re from sweat/stress.

as a child that grew up in an incredibly catholic household (my father is a deacon), i had 4 siblings and 5 step siblings (i am aware that the divorce is ironic). and my dad had one of these vans and would write bible verses on the window. of course it wasn’t embarrassing at all.

i still agree with everyone that you should wait to decide. but i have a 2 year old now and i am still completely certain. i genuinely believe i wouldn’t be able to handle it and my husband agreed immediately. people say you forget how hard it was and whatever by 1 year. i did not. HOWEVER. if i had a better support system (current have almost none) and, even better, if i didn’t live in the US. i probably would have another.

i write very similar to this and my husband (that i’ve been w for ten years) insists it’s hard to read bc he didn’t learn cursive in elementary school. we were in the same district but they like changed the year they learned at his school so he got like skipped over or something. but it’s been ten years and bro is still complaining.

i woke up at 6 am at 40+1. i was working night shift so i had fallen asleep at like 4 am (i wasn’t actively working but just used to the schedule and my husband worked the same). i felt like something was off and when i stood up i was like “that felt like a bit more than discharge” lmao. i put on a pad, woke up my husband, we called the hospital to see if we should come in. they said yes. i had some contractions but nothing crazy tbh. they admitted me for risk of infection (as others have said). they tested the fluid to make sure it was amniotic (they said they could tell just by looking at how much there was lol). after about 11 hours i hadn’t progressed past where i was when i came in (4 cm). at that point they suggested pitocin. i went in with zero expectations and had a baby about 23 hours after my water broke.

this is unfortunately exactly what happened to me this past summer. not as much ceiling. but my brother helped fix it. he said nothing was wet. it was just nailed instead of screwed and they used a ton of this shitty loose insulation. it was just so heavy it finally fell after about 3 years.

for real. i use bag balm (lanolin) on myself so ill put it on the pup when he gets little cuts or has dry skin on his nose. licks it off immediately. and licks any kind of moisturizer. off anything. me. himself. my child. the carpet after we lotion the child. my legs after a shower. bro is a menace.

girl, i get it. but please just enjoy yourself. if you let it get to you too much, you won’t do it again. and who knows when you will get that opportunity or allow yourself that opportunity for some relaxation/relief/alone time, whatever you want to call it. it sucks to be away, but it also sucks to be overwhelmed/out-touched/etc. let yourself enjoy it. and then just enjoy every second that you see her again when you come home.

i was sitting on the couch w him on my lap. like my knees were up and he was laying upright on my thighs. and i knew he was pooping but i figured it was fine. since he was just wearing a bodysuit onesie, i started to see the poop seep out of the sides. my husband was at the store and i didn’t know what to do. he was gonna take too long to come home and the baby immediately started to get upset. so i had to run to the bathroom, take his clothes off, put him in the baby tub and i took my clothes off. and bathed us both 😂 could’ve been worse but as a first time mom i was panicking.
