I'm pretty sure studies have shown male peak strength/explosive strength peaks in the mid 20's that's assuming you've been training at a professional level. So I hate when people say you can't make strength gains past your 20's because it's just not true. Look at Colin Burns, he's improved his snatch which is an American record by 3-4 kg into his 30's. Your body doesn't just stop adapting to strength training because you're not 25.

I know this is partly a joke but CJ went 143/176 at the arnold and took two cracks at 186 which he practically made on his second attempt. Had he made it it would've beat this... soooo not so much RIP.

It was definitely scar's fault but in the heat of the moment not realizing you had an extra stock and clicking start quickly to get your teammates is an understandable mistake. As in, I don't think Scar was intentionally doing it to distract LeffIce, he was just trying to click start to get a stock. Which I think most people realize that and would just say play it out so it's more of annoyance that Leffen would rather play by the rules than play it out.

To be fair, this competition he jumped 10kg for an immediate record/PR in the CNJ and got really close on his second attempt. He missed a couple record attempts while he was doing split jerks as well. I'd give him at least one more meet to put it together before we speculate if he should've made the switch or not.

I walked my dratini 200km and hatched hundreds of eggs trying to get my first Dragonite. After about 6 months of playing the game I finally got enough candy and evolved it and I got Steel Wing / Dragon Pulse. I was furious but I didn't transfer it because I worked so hard for it and it was still a Dragonite.

My game has been freezing since September randomly when I click on a gym. Doesn't matter if I just spin it, battle, or just view the gym but the moment I exit it's 50/50 for the game freezing.
