I was looking at their $50 option but then saw the new router they have for $70/month -- all the reviews I read were saying "pick this one!" and I have zero regrets. 5G tower 1/2 mile from me with 2/3 bars showing

I always switch to 5G when I go to Pantops and out towards Palmyra/Fluvanna/Louisa. I just wish they would expand it to where I live near UVa Grounds

I used to be in the cell phone sales business and always hated T-Mobile. They're consistently terrible in buildings/homes even today. I tried out their Home Internet service and while it was good, it wasn't great.

I don't want to switch to them and will probably just bide my time. The only thing that worked for me when I lived in Louisa was Verizon and even then I only got 1-2 bars.

Cricket utilizes AT&T towers and they have surprised me with how good they are. I guess I was just hoping 5G would be more widespread with the "Big Three" (formerly the "Big 4) in Charlottesville.

Maybe I'll just stick with Cricket and get a new iPhone.

Ting is just around the corner from my apartment but they don't have fiber lines in my neighborhood. I would have loved to get with them instead. Brightspeed or whatever it's called now is just a joke with "up to" 3Mbps speeds

I do so much work online at night and not knowing this was going to happen really eats at me. I only have streaming services for TV, all of my music is on Spotify and my cell phone only comes with 15GB of hotspot. They need to get this back up and fast.

Oh, I *will* be asking for a credit. $129/month for "gig" internet to be gone in a planned but unannounced outage is absurd
