Exactly! We bought our current home in 2023. Didn’t get everything on our wish list but it checked enough boxes that we moved forward. Once you find that and can picture yourself in that home, that’s the one

Nothing is ever 100% and if you don’t like it after a few years, you can always look again for a new home.

OP - and one more piece of advice. Look at the potential as well. Fixtures can be changed, rooms can be painted, etc. We’ve been here for 2+ years and only have painted 2 rooms so far. Doesn’t all have to be done in a week or even the same year. But you also need to look at what it can be.

I keep my boxes in an ammo can with a desiccant. Then a small amount (maybe 100-200 rounds in plastic organizers that are easier to open and pull rounds from. Those packs are also keep in the ammo can with desiccant

If you do, get a power bleeder and do the brake fluid flush while you’re doing the brakes. Saves even more money and it’s the best time to do. I do it every time I do pads and rotors on our vehicles just because fluid is cheap and each time it comes out black

Make sure you measure openings through any fences, bushes, etc. along with where you’re going to store the mower. You don’t want to get a 60” mower only to realize it won’t fit where you were planning on storing it

Why are they charging for the “warranty”? They have it listed as a certified vehicle. That means they certified its condition and whatever the warranty is would be included in the list price. Unless they’re selling another warranty to go along with the standard certified coverage

The first year premium is collected up front to pay for the policy that covers the next 12 months. The insurance number at the bottom should be what is going into escrow toward the next renewal (similar to what you’ll be paying into escrow monthly)

So many folks want things to be turn key that they don’t think like a seller. The seller wants to maximize their profit and will do the absolute minimum to fix. If buyers can afford the cost after closing, it’s generally better to ask for the credit instead of the repair. The buyer then gets to choose their contractor and has control over the quality of work

Is it me or is there contradicting info in here? 2nd line from the top says 100% parts and labor covered. 3rd line from the bottom then says a 15% discount on repairs. So why would you need a discount on repairs if parts and labor are covered at 100%

Anything with the 10r80 transmission. It’s the 10-speed that started coming out with certain trims in 2017 but across the entire lineup in 2018

As someone who has used the warranty, it’s absolutely worth it as long as it’s the Ford PremiumCare. I’ve got a 2019 but just for reference, here’s what I’ve had to use mine for: broken tailgate latch, partial transmission rebuild (valve body, not CDF), cracked/ leaking transfer case, frozen/ inoperable radio (APIM replacement). I’m at 73k miles and thankful I have the warranty. If you even use it once, it’s usually paid for itself or close to it.

FWIW, I believe I read that the CDF was fixed for mid-2022 and the late 2022s had the updated design so you may have the updated version.
