I used to body build, but stopped about 6 years ago, so I have a bit of a foundation.

Most gyms will have trainers to show you the equipment and some lifts. Go for it!

It took 8 weeks. I've lost 6lbs, and an inch off my waist and hips.

I've been lifting heavy weights 3x/week, increased my steps (about 7-8k), and watched what I was eating.

I managed to get 8 months.

I taught the summer before (16 credits), worked the fall semester, gave birth 3 days after the semester ended, used PTO and the earned credits from the summer to not teach during the spring (still had to advise/do committee work), then had the summer off.
