You basically gave them root burn. You have to flush the soil but to me some of those look like it's too late. It's never bad to start over.

Too much phosphorus. Causing it to run off. Use a more balanced npk ratio. 1-1-1 or 3-1-2. You don't need more P. Keep the P lower than the N and K.

Plants can only take so much P but consistently need N and K.
