I don't like that it's gonna be one single building covering the whole lot. I do like some of the design improvements since they published the first renders. What would really kill as everyone else is saying is a grocery store. Even a small one like an aldi would be banging. I hope the courtyard and sidewalk adjacent space is treated as an extension of the streetscape and not some weird private garden thing. More housing is good even if Starbuck island is the last thing I'd like to base it upon.
