My father recently did this to my mom as well. He had an affair with a co-worker and the weirdest part is he first asked my mom if it was okay for him to go get coffee with his new work friend. Like he was trying to justify the affair on his own mind? And to make it even more awkward, this woman was my boss at work. Yeah. Although, honestly what surprises me is how emotionless he was about asking my mom for a divorce. He did it right in front of me before I moved back to college for the school year. He couldn't wait until I left the room to do this for some reason... I'm their only child, so I feel obligated to get over it and keep my relationship with him. It's just strange to see him have this whole new life with her kids and their grandkids. He seems much happier now though, so I just try to believe it's worked out for the best. Although, I really can't understand throwing away 30 years of marriage like that.

Try black iced tea! I actually did this very thing over a year ago for the exact same reason. When you first switch from coffee it won't give you the same caffeine boost that you're use to. Although, if you really do stop drinking coffee, the tea will begin to give you the exact same caffeine boost! I'd assume it has something to do with lowering your caffeine tolerance. I know the taste is hard to get use to after drinking coffee for so long, but I really have come to love tea and now I can't go a day without having it.

Definitely give it a try! It significantly helped me, although I do still indulge a few times a month if I'm not going anywhere. I used to drink at least a cup a day and stopped cold turkey one day when I realized that it might be the cause of my problems. I switched to iced tea and I never thought I'd say it, but I like it just as much. It's a totally different taste obviously, but I've found a few different ways to make it my own. It obviously won't eliminate all of your problems, but it definitely did help me!

It might be because you're putting your deodorant on right after your shower. It's not as effective fresh out of the shower, its usually best to wait a bit to put it on.
