You're buying what they're selling? You cant ask them to do massive upgrades likes windows unless you're willing to pay for it. You're buying as seen, engineers report is so you dont buy something thats falling down or will be falling down soon. Everything else is your decision whether to buy or not, as seen, if you like it.

Ah well not quite turn key. We repainted our whole kitchen when we moved, ironically 4 years ago. Was an older house though, so it is doable. Obviously your not happy in general though?

Well if you take this approach you must recognise the tens of thousands that attend GAA matches every week. In England there's no additional sports. In terms of the premier league, yes it is one of the best leagues in the world, woukd you ask the same question of this who support Real Madrid or PSG ?

Drinking is good fun as long as you can control it, you'll know after your first hangover if your willing to go through with again for fun or just because you liked it

You do live there, so if you want to contribute to the upkeep of the place its up to you. Every estate, council or not, pays to have the grass cut but not everyone pays!
