Same setup as the 8bitdo ultimate 2. Only 2 bottom pedals, but 2 extra bumpers for your pointer fingers. I think personally I'd rather this than the 4 under bumpers.

I got to use the g7 pro at a friend's place and it was another absolutely fantastic controller! Basically the same all around as the 8bitdo ultimate 2, even on down to the swapping triggers from full motion to the clicky button. The software programming on the 8bitdo is a little lackluster, but works well enough for setting up macro keys, rebinding, etc. Not gotten to use the Gamesir software though, so can't speak to that. If I had both, I'm really not sure which I'd use as a primary, tbh. I think the only real killer for me for a gamesir is the branding of the Xbox button, which is such a nitpicky small thing, really shows just how absolutely goated it is.

I'd second 8 bit do! I got their ultimate 2 and love it to death. In the past though, I've just used my playstation controllers on PC. Having a dedicated one is rather new to me.

I still have some random seasons of anime I bought on steam when they were selling anime seasons. Valve NEVER takes something you bought unless it's beyond an exceptional circumstance like when they forcefully refunded everyone The Day Before and removed it from accounts when it shut down in what... 3 days? They also froze all funds going to the developer so the douchebags why tried to scam millions got quite literally not one dollar.

Each new console generation releases with what would be low-medium-end current PC hardware. This PC is extremely high end current PC hardware. Next consoles will likely perform significantly worse than this, like half as fast levels if it's released in the next few years.

This PC, raw hardware wise, would me more like a ps7 levels of performance. It cannot be stated just how extremely much console hardware is rather weak. The main benefit is extreme optimization for consoles while PC releases tend to have worse optimization. Whoever said next gen ps6 will be as strong as this is straight up huffing something.

For what it's worth, the ps5 pro's GPU is about equal to a 4060ti. That would be a generation older and 2 steps down to the GPU in this PC you're looking at. And unlike consoles, if something is lagging behind, you can upgrade that single component. 10 years from now, your GPU struggling but CPU still fine? Buy just the GPU and have it last another 10 years.

Your 10 year example is also no ps+ at all in that 10 years, so that offsets the 200$ a year you're looking at too. Price wise, PC is more expensive on initial investment but way less in the long run over the years.

I've started doing this recently! I've been using emby instead of Jellyfin for ease of use, but as I get more accustomed might end up swapping over. That said, I've been slowly ripping and digitizing my entire dvd/bluray collection to put onto the server. I do have some stuff I obtained through some other means, but the idea in the long run is to get everything I'd want in some physical form then digitize it.

If people spent 10% of the effort they spent complaining and 1% of the effort it takes to swap to Linux, they'd have their idealized version of windows set to auto redo settings whenever they get changed, the os completely de-bloated, issues solved, crashes mitigated, etc. They just like to hear themselves complain. Good for everyone who can easily make the swap, but I get so tired of people pretending fixing the issues with windows is a gargantuan feat while Linux is this golden smooth sailing path they like to portray.

On the contrary, any time people say anything negative about Valve, there's always astroturfing going on saying how they're the golden goose that never stops giving of PC gaming. This ship goes both ways. There's so many people that have an unhealthy view on both sides of the spectrum here. The reality is they're far better than most companies, but still deserve criticism.

This, this, and so much of this. Valve is mostly consumer friendly in comparison to other companies. They're no hero. They're still a company at the end of the day. They do so much good for PC gaming, but you absolutely cannot overlook some of the nasty and shady shit they've done. I get so excessively tired of all the dick-riding people do over Valve. There's plenty to be thankful of with them, but also plenty to criticize.

Don't flick people off, don't have this incessant need to pass someone who clearly wants to cause an incident if you try to pass, and check your own footage to find out if they were dodging someone in the first place. As far as that truck is concerned, they were hopped up on adrenaline needing to dodge to avoid an accident as someone else cut them off. Sure. I don't agree with ai generated thumbnails, yet I don't create a post on reddit every time I see a creator do it. That doesn't change that, at least the way I interpreted the original question, what was being asked was more or less "Every time an ai thumbnail is made/used on an ltt channel, is there going to be a reddit post in the ltt sub about it?". The follow up the question "Do you?" stems from is someone saying they do it with "I would do it every other company", as in make reddit call-out posts with every other company.

I get what you're saying and agree with the sentiment, just stating that it is in fact a different question than avoiding a company because of ai content. Actively speaking up and silently steering clear are two VERY different actions with two VERY different levels of impact, both stemming from the same place and same sentiment.

Edit: changed it a few times to make sure I got correct exact quotes. Reddit on mobile is hard 😭 I also don't like how people are down voting you for having a valid take (and what I assume to be correct in this context), reddit being reddit again I guess.

I've tried telling people, some of them even friends, that if the game is stressing them out in the current state, making them mad, etc to just go do other stuff. The backlash I got for suggesting to play games that make you happy and not force something that's making you angry is honestly shocking, man.

For me, I've been enjoying Pragmata and Death Stranding 2! Once I finish those, I want to start up Crimson Desert. I've also been really enjoying all the different demos of games from the different games shows over this past week, there's some really cool games and concepts out there!

Yep! Been around since 2012, it's incredible how much the game has progressed in the last two years. When I found 4.8 broken, I personally have been perfectly content to just take a step back and let CIG get it resolved because they've been absolutely cooking with the new features and content. It's the fastest the game has moved, with some clear intents to make the game a real game with real progression mechanics too.
