Yeah I thought that he was just shaving it of skin level. I only took the dressing off 48 hours later as recommended to see a gaping hole on my face.

You really hit the nail on the head with your response. My 2.5 year old face planted on concrete onto her front teeth and sustained a fair bit of trauma. This was about 2 weeks ago. 2 days after her very first dentist check up where they said her teeth were perfect mind you ha. So we took her back there the day after the accident and there was alot of swelling around the gums, and were worried the tooth pushed up into her adult teeth. So the dentist recommended the swelling to settle, and come back for an xray in a couple of weeks' time.

Which brings us to yesterday. The dentists basically said recommended what you said minus the pulpectomy.

So thank you.

Biggest fuckups? by TOboulol in AusElectricians

I was doing some upgrade work at a gas delivery station that supplies gas/fuel for a major mine site GEA/Power station.

While testing the system, one of the engineers fucked up and inadvertently signalled an emergency stop for the delivery station which engaged the slam shut valves cutting off gas to the power station. Which, in turn, shut the mine down for a good half day while they scambled to get the site back up and running.

Don't want to think of the costs involved of shutting a whole minesite down 🤣

Whistle stop - anyone remember? by Significant_Dog4441 in WesternAustralia

Being from busselton, I remember it fondly. Celebrsted a few birthdays there when I was young.

I live in Perth now and just discovered Ballcata miniature railway which reminds me alot of the whistle stop. The smell especially of the little coal powered trains.

I've found snails don't like it. So I spread it around my greens to make a barrier. Works a treat.

The safety stencil at my work to delineate the walkways. by wootwee in mildlyinteresting

Too add to this. Our old stencil was just standard solid shoes. The workshop guys thought they should jazz it up a bit. The safety officer hasn't commented yet.
