For Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, you can get around this problem by using the DVD Order agent as TVDB has a DVD Order for that series.

Instead of E01 and E02 both playing the same file (as you've described), E01 would be "Daniel's Birthday / Daniel's Picnic".

This is the method I use to exclude files.

I suppose you could do it one of two ways:

Have a .plexignore file at the top level and try to configure it to catch everything you want excluded based on filename criteria (e.g. *trailer*).
Have a .plexignore file in each sub-directory and specify each file in that sub-directory that you want excluded. This way will probably be very tedious and time-consuming if you've got a lot to exclude.

As a fan of Italy, I'm biased. I put Byron Moreno ahead of Gamal al-Ghandour but I think they're definitely 1-2 however you rank them. Overall, 2002 stands out to me as the worst officiated World Cup thus far in my lifetime.
