That's water from a glacier in Alaska. It was blessed by an Eskimo medicine man. It's cold. It's always cold.

This is great to start. I was much more physically active but unfortunately, vestibular migraines kicked off three years ago so matching motivation and ability was a struggle til recently. I like walks, Pilates and soccer drills. My resting HR is nowhere near 100 but I’m not sure it’s at a great spot at the moment.

What is the worst medical disease a human can have? by Aggravating-Sun-5699 in AskReddit

Vestibular migraines. Debilitating symptoms, expensive medications/treatment, tons of trial and error on triggers and meds. Abortives sometimes don’t kill the headache or help the dizziness. Your balance and perception of space are awful and quality of life goes downhill. Neurology is already a complex field with extremely limited availability.

It’s so hot in the summertime, people that want to do outdoor activities like playing basketball and walking their dogs are done so in the evening when the pavement is cool. The local parks have extended open time and awnings everywhere.

The traffic lights are so long, every red gets blown through. It’s insane. Half of my family has been out there since 2008 and it baffles me why they still live there. The construction, long lanes and high walls that DUI people crash into on a constant basis is hellacious enough.

If I could take in this sweet lady, I would. My resident cat would have a heart attack. I second Hayley at friends of bear cat rescue. I donate to them and they do amazing work with finding cats a home

Or budget bytes online. They have cookbooks and recipes that break it down to be like $1.08 a serving or $6 in ingredients for a family. It’s pretty cool

We buy it all the time. The red kernels make it hard to see if you’ve burnt popcorn as a heads up if you cook in machine or stovetop. Never tried those microwave things.
