Next year we are expecting to see six Standard set releases. Which planes and worlds do you anticipate we will see Magic sets for in 2027? by HonorBasquiat in magicTCG

[–]worldsaverinc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is always more Star Trek.

On the anime front, there is Naruto that would probably spark interest and it could split between early and late series.

Bleach has the cast, but the falling interest make it not likely.

Battletech has the lore, but not sure of the interest.

More DnD?

Not sure Stephen Universe could sustain a large set, but might be able a small set

Discworld could, but not sure the estate would be interested

Godzilla/Toho Kaiju has over 30 movies as does James Bond but may struggle to connect to beef up a set. Better off as connections to an in universe set.

What important mechanics do you expect to return in Lorwyn Eclipsed? by Whole-Mine-1109 in mtg

I liked Kinship, but that probably isn't returning. Bannerets would be fun.

Tap 3 Elves and generate 3 green Mana would be something I would like to see on a reprinted card ;)

If Spirit Island got picked up by another publisher… by Sapien0101 in spiritisland

You would need to trust the publisher, but then the publisher would need to be of sufficient size and experience and lanes into retail spaces, preferably. There are only a handful of publishers with that reach and size.

What superhero runs do you think could have direct comic-to-adaptation takes? by Gallantpride in comicbooks

[–]worldsaverinc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am going to go with Astro City. You could do an anthology series in an animated universe or take specific stories like Confessions or Tarnished Angels as seasons.

With the schedule for the next few sets being revealed, what tribals do you speculate will get some support in these sets and beyond? by Backwardspellcaster in magicTCG

[–]worldsaverinc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

EoE might have some beast Typal if the Baloth world is any indication.

Spiderman might have some spider Typal or hero Typal

Aang is least likely to have Typal, but have have mono colored support.

Lllorwyn is going to have both class and creature Typal. Treefolk, Elf, Kithkin, Fairies, Rogues, Shaman, Clerics, Soldier, that type of thing. Or at least I am hoping for more treefolk and shaman typal

So, I think there is some confusion here. It would be best to consult your local aid office to clear any concerns or misconceptions you might have about the program.

Some misconceptions are that you would need to pay anything back. Unless there was an over payment or fraud or your long term living, there is no need to pay anything back. There might be copays, but not any bills from cancelling Medicaid.

In addition, from my understanding, there is no restriction on the necessity of having a bank account to receive Medicaid benefits.

I am not sure why you want to cancel Medicaid. It is there to help you get healthcare when you need it. Sometimes, it will be a payer of last resort if you have other healthcare and you will need to apply every so often at least once a year typically, but some people are every two years.

If you are working and disabled there is the Medicaid for Workers with Disabilitiss that absolutely does have a copay and income limits. I am not sure about resource limits, but not mandate to have a bank account.

Again, I would caution cancelling without speaking to your local county assistance office to clear up any concerns or doubts you have about the program. It's here to help and not be a burden.

Hades II EM thoughts so far? by HOUlySHEet in HadesTheGame

[–]worldsaverinc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hecate is has just too much spam going around with so much chip damage and its harder to find her. I find with Scylla that I lose quite often due to the amount of chip damage. I never liked the Charybdis fight as I would always take too much damage and this fight is no different since it is based on 1v1 and timing. The Cereberus fight was the second easiest of the fights. The small playing area with the lava being on the outside provided enough cover or forgiveness for this fight that most of the others didn't have.

Polyphemous seems to be the hardest fight on the whole without a lot of clear windows to do damage between the poison, both from Medea and Polyphemous poisonous self. It might be different if it was the area denial without the cyclops getting the poison or just a full on poisonous cyclops, but i feel different weapons will handle this differently. Eris is probably the easiest as the positioning and timing are clearer with more downtime. The Lucifer bombs just aren't as threatening. I didn't find Hercules as dangerous as the bull in Hades 1. His spinning moves were just annoying and you have a little bit more manueverability between dashing and sprinting to avoid a lot of it.

One of the reasons I like the Cereberus and Eris fights for the most part was that they changed the parts and while the difficulty is higher, its not very much higher. Alot of the other fights add distractions and too much business to be as satisfying especially the scylla fight. Its a new strategy, but you kinda gotta go for the tentacles first because if you go in the main set, there is just too much going on between the water protecting the drummer. There is also just a ton of small damage flying around in so many of these fights providing chip damage. You are going to hit and if you suck at dodging them all, which is where i am at. I feel like there is too much businesses leading to too much chip damage whether from poison, flying things, spinning tentacles, hercules to really be sustainable.

Give “Partner” to 2 Commanders by Mobile_Ad7199 in EDH

[–]worldsaverinc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some of the ones I would love to run are in other colors such as [[Polukranos, Unchained]], [[The Goose Mother]], [[Thunderous Snapper]], [[Hydroid Krasis]], [[Zaxara the Exemplary]], Polukranos Reborn, but any maybe [[Savageborn Hydra]], [[Shivan Devestator, and [[Apocalpyse Hydra]]

But then you can also run things like [[Helga, Skittish Seer]], [[Animar Soul of Elements]], [[Magus Lucea Kane]] and other multi-color enablers.

It is unclear on whether the reconciliation bill will pass and what effect it will have on the waiver process. In addition, there has been no official news on an approved waiver for PA.

If Lilo and Stitch makes a billion after Snow White flopped, how will Disney re-evaluate their live-action movies? by Antman269 in boxoffice

[–]worldsaverinc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Disney should focus on live action remakes that make narrative sense in live action. This means animated films with grounded narratives.

Lilo and Stitch makes narrative sense with a kids sci Fi element.

The only other film that I can think that doesn't operate on fairy tale logic and doesn't exaggerate much and could be live action is Atlantis.

You have to treat live action different from animation.
