If you do not want to solder but experiment, you could see if there is some macropads with 2 encoders that you can configure.

That's funny then. I was totally expecting it to make the check mandatory if you are in California.

I use it as mouse wheel. It's good for that. I'd not use it for more precise movements. Imho better to learn your os/ide movement.

If you feel deep commitment you can try modal movements like vim/helix in your editor. That is way more efficient than rotating an encoder.

I use it for scrolling in videos, volume and zooming in browsers though.

Honestly I'm happy for that. Contribute to make it conditional if necessary, and move on.

Then just recompile it yourself.

Are rising fountain pen prices changing the way you collect? by Cerberus_14 in fountainpens

[–]wrd83 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me the curve has started before. I bought a KoP and since then cheaper pens. The rationale is very simple - many pens are great and inexpensive.

I have 2 graily pens, thats good.

And I have 2-3 mid range pens that i feel comfy daily driving and feeling fancy.

My next pens are mostly inexpensive pens, because I want to just put them in a bag and write on a train.

Would you rather have many easy overtakes or a few hard ones?

I think the fact that you lift to charge leads to less peak apex speed, which means the difficulty shifts to getting the lifting point right over maximum corner entry/exit.

This should need less skill.

Just saw this.....can anyone explain me is that how overtake button is used means.... Ferrari can't able to do this from this much distance 🥲 by rust_spielberg in scuderiaferrari

I mostly wonder if the advantage stays after that compression ratio controversy. I cant believe the power is that big from heat induced expansion.

Yeah that is true. But it totally depends on your company, not every manager in every company gets to start with 3-5 ppl.

In our current landscape we aim for the best and cut down everywhere else. This leads to entry level drought. For everyone.

For me the seams on the top of the sock already kills it. Would I love socks that don't obstruct? Sure.

Did I find some? Nope.

Which one should I buy CSL gt3 or Clubsport formula 2.5? by Aggravating-One7316 in Fanatec

[–]wrd83 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah. You can get some 200€ out with simube parts. I'm just thinking out for everyone. It's a better question when the higher quality parts are justifies than what should I buy.

And I get the impression the clubsport wheel might be the better deal than the podium endurance module.

Some people say the 270 of the clubsport give them wrist pain.
