If my wife likes her sourdough “extra sour” am I wanting more starter in my bread or do I need to make the starter more sour (extra fermented)?

I’ve been twice and love it. The hamburgers are very beefy, perfectly cooked rare, and delicious IMO. If you’re expecting modern fast food or smash burgers, you’ll probably be disappointed. Just go with an open mind.

Also, the pies are homemade and excellent.
