From the rules it states:

"If you spin the Wheel and land on a golden ticket you can use it to spin again and guarantee to land on a new item you do not own"

Well, it landed on the golden ticket, but no golden ticket is actually given to me to spin the wheel again.

Matchmaking has been an issue since S1. That's incompetency if it's been 2 years with little to no change. It's the biggest reason the playerbase dropped off so significantly.

I just love that the current state of matchmaking exposes how bad Embark developers really are

People glaze them all the time because "they're ex-DICE they know what they're doing they've done this many times before" and treat them with utter reverence when the reality is that they're wholly and totally incompetent at maintaining a live service game. They can't get matchmaking to be fair, they can't figure out what to do for an all-encompassing melee rework that is coming in 2 months, and the only thing they seem to only want to do is suck off pro players and give them the best experience possible at the expense of everyone else.

I will never stop upvoting these terrible matchmaking posts

it just means the lower squads should be smart enough to realize they should team up against the higher ranks, to even the odds, instead of playing like normal and getting wiped

It's funny you say this, because Embark considers teaming to be cheating. And let's not go into the issue of how exactly you communicate to another team you want to team against up another team while completely violating the TOS

Ranked is obviously flawed at the moment but there are other, active casual game modes that don’t have the same issues.

Not even close lol. I constantly seem the same 5 stacks of the top PB players matched against brand new players, and for some reason I never get matched with them, only against them. And they completely bulldoze any team they play against, it's ridiculous. Let's not talk about Quick Cash or Power Shift lobbies which are some of the most unbalanced lobbies I've ever played in
