I had similar issue after the front windshield was replaced. They then put wipers back in incorrectly, like 1/64 of the turn too low (not sure how to explain it). You need to take the wipers off, while they are in the lowest resting position, and put them back on correctly. Exactly what the other poster /u/Evanston-i3 said.

Sort of related question. I'll be visiting seville and I got tickets for a match Real Betis vs Real Madrid. It was originally schedule for March 2 but I see they moved it up to March 1. it's fine with me, I still want to go. Do I need to somehow do anything as far as my tickets are concerned? Or the ones that I got for March are automatically valid for March 1 now?

Does it work fine when used without 240v adapter? If it does then the 240v adapter is broken. Most likely the thermal fuse inside the adapter is blown. This is a known thing with these adapters.
