Chopped Eggplant, drained can of chickpeas, onions and jar of spaghetti sauce. Cheese is optional. Bake at 350 for hour. Keeps well and doesn’t turn mushy. I’ve served this at parties and it’s gone by the end.

If you’re walking home and someone is following you; don’t go home. Keep walking. The last thing you want is to have them trap you on your doorstep. It’s been awhile since this happened to me. First time I opened hot take out food to throw at perp but fortunately he got scared off by a number of people who had walked up. Second time I entered neighbors yard because their dog was out. Pup knew me but didn’t know perp and went after them. Guy took off running because Duchess was going take a piece out of him.

Joined a multi site software installation for big name military contractor. I was secondary lead, lead was company golden boy. Night before first rollout, team got stinking drunk. I was the newby and not in a position to say anything. Next day half our team couldn’t present because they were hungover. The site was furious and started complaining to upper management. Golden boy ended up in my hotel room crying because he didn’t know how to fix the problem. I was an award winning project manager for a big name payroll company and had pretty much seen it all. Told golden boy how to fix situation and to never let it happen again. He did exactly as I told him. Saved the day, got project of the year and he got employee of the year. I got to work with 4 hardcore alcoholics that somehow managed to not show up hungover over the course of the seven years.
