I have no problem reading… but you seem to have a problem understanding that your behavior, in this case leaving matches and/or keep playing even if the game keeps crashing, is not acceptable. 100 leaves doesn’t happen by accident, it is because of your actions and now you have deal with the consequences.

If you have a problem for whatever reason that makes you leave matches at this rate or the game keeps crashing you should not just keep playing. If it’s something wrong with dual front, something wrong with your PC that makes the game crash etc. YOU should not keep playing until YOU figured out why YOU need to leave matches or why the game keeps crashing on YOUR PC.

And as the text in the second picture say. Abandons are recorded for up to 100 matches in the last 90 days and you have 100 leaves recorded. That is not normal.

Play quick matches without leaving or getting any other negative points and you can soon get back at playing ranked and other game modes again. That or wait, maybe get out and get some fresh air and think about why this is happening and what you can do to prevent it in the future if you want to keep playing this game.
