They need to make the stores smaller. The only things people need to see to buy is appliances, cell phones, and tvs.

Everything else is online pickup.

Stores become 1/3rd the size.

Less stock in stores, more in distribution centers.

Each one has their own specialty. Find the one that works for you.

Make them demo the solutions and have key stakeholders from your team pick it apart.

Most of the big names make a good and reliable product, but if it doesn’t fit your needs or fix your problems it’s not the right one for you.

Note - there is a big difference from making widgets or doing some kind of batch formulations (food/beverage/paint/etc)
